Would pygmy cories be safe in a 20 gallons (long) tank with spotted raphael cats?

Spotted Raphaels (Agamyxis or Acanthodoras) are utterly peaceful.

but they're also quite clumsy, 5-6" lumbering catfishes.

IMO a bit too big for a 20G.

a 35-40G would be much more comfortable for them.
