Someone may have specific details of this specie, but if nothing else is available, have a look at some of the other Ancistrus specie's on the Cat-eLog.
A good basis is 22-24'C, strong water current & lots of oxygen. Plenty of hiding places, of course.
Maybe someone else will come up with some more detailed information for that specie itself.
