i really dont know what to suggest, from what you say your not doing anything wrong. i have my L411 fry also with L066 and have no problems, its odd that it is only your L411 that go pale and die off....... are the parents wild caught, only thing i could possibily think of is that the parents are ...

I am breeding these myself at the moment, but i'm having trouble with the fry.
Can i ask whats your water chemistry for raising the fry?
How old is your oldest fry and what size?
i have just got rid of my oldest fry, they were approx 2 - 2.5" and prob 8 months ...

Female trapping time - On average females are trapped for 2 days, all actual spawns have happened during the day and not at night time

I have a group of L411 monte dourado that are currently breeding, as they are listing as breeding unreported it has been suggested i make a post here about them. They are currently spawning succesfully every few weeks, sometimes 2 spawns a week from different females. I obtained part of the group ...

since changing the tank layout and replaceing the substrate with sand and adding just amazon swords the fish have seemed much happier and active. I noticed yesterday that the largest of the corys in my tank was acting quite strange, he would keep going back to the same leaf on one of the amazon ...

As the title really, i have 13 Cory sodalis in a 100L tank and from what i have read they dont breed in captivity

looking through the pics of the Ancistrus sp. (3) the female does look a lot like the Piebald variety

unfortinately the plecs were bought several months back so i wont be able to get any information about them from the fish store, looks like i will just have to go with rio_ucayali.

yeah that names come up a couple times. i thought initially they were starlight bristlenose plecs untill i went to buy a male from another forum and it was pointed out that they probably wernt starlights

I am new to this site so a quick hello to everyone.
I have 3 of these bristlenose plecs and am urgently trying to find out what type they are. All 3 are about 4 inches in length and i think are some sort of small bristlenose, beleived all to be females
