Do they normally grow pretty quickly given proper food, space, water params, Etc?
What are the Faster/Slower growers?
What about Syno. Ocellifer?

I think that this is because the riverine synos have to swim against the current of the river while Lakustrine synos dont have to.So the riverine synos have greater metabolism and they have to eat more than the riverine and as the result they grow faster.Its just like plecos,if you put a pleco in a tank with no current and one in a tank with current, the second will grow faster than the first and will eat more algae because he will have greater metabolism because of its greater activity.Dinyar wrote:Riverine Synos grow faster than lacustrine (lake) ones.
