New Scandinavian Catfish forum
I have for a long time missed a Scandinavian catfish board, so I went and made one :)
It's not big and I don't expect it to outgrow itself.
I am implementing a small L and LDA number resourceon the portal and hope to get some articles etc. in Scandinavian languages.
Interface carries Norwegian ...

Unbelivable behaviour by my female L-102
I have had a old trichogaster leeri in a tank with my L-102 pair and this morning I failed to see her anywhere.
I searched the whole tank. She wasn't to be found anywhere, so I took a flashlight and looked in the caves. To my big surprise I found her dead in the cave where the female L-102 lives ...

L-046 boys or girls?
I am pretty certain of what I have, but there is so much confusing information on how to sex them.
I didn't wan't to disturb them to much, so I only took a few quick shots.
Any good suggestions

Trop Rio e-mail adress
Can someone provide me with a working e-mail to them? Like so many exporters they do their damndest NOT to be visible anywhere on the net.
If you have some other reliable exporters you can recommend, then I would also be happy to receive info about them.
Regards Paul

L-046 capture prohibited?
Is there any truth in the rumours that there is a stop in capturing them?
I read somewhere that they only counted 5 specimens in a set watersurface and that it should have been 50 to continue capturing them.

The red marks on the hard ray of the pectoral fins are actually quite normal when they stay in caves. I have had a lot of troubled moments with the same thing, espesially since its also a tell tale of a pleco in trouble (sick).
My L-066's have them all the time, but its simply because the females ...
